“My Mother’s Cedar Closet #3” is an acrylic painting on canvas. The dress designs were pulled from childhood memories of peeking into my mother’s cedar closet. Behind those doors, she stored giant formal ball gowns, that an eight year old girl could only dream of one day wearing. In my young mind, this was one of the most magical rooms in our home.
