Fabian Mendoza
Fabian started his career working as a capital specialist for Fora Financial in NYC, a leading fintech business lender in the United States. He worked with small and medium size business owners all across the US to help them secure capital for different projects. During his second year in the company, he sold the largest number of business units in his salesfloor and developed a sales incentive program that resulted in the most sales in a month the company had closed up to that date.
He also worked in Grupo Financiero Ficohsa, the largest bank in Honduras, as an account manager that helped establish a new client segment within private banking. He now works in DPD Belux as a Talent Analytics manager, he designed and rolled out a customized performance management system to help identify top performers in the company. There he also delivered the largest participation on an engagement survey of all business units in Europe.
He graduated from St John’s University with a degree in Business Management. Then got his MBA with a specialization in financial management from Goldey-Beacom College. He also hold a master’s degree in Human Resources and Talent Development from IE University,
