Meet the Contributors
Mihir Bhalla
Mihir is a recent graduate of Kellogg School of Management. Prior to attending Kellogg, he worked as an investment associate at Aavishkaar Capital, where he helped raise Aavishkaar’s 6th India focused fund. He helped to raise $130,000,000 of the $200,000,000 target. During this period, he worked exclusively with blue chip investors, including Temasek, British International Investments, Partners Group & more. In addition to this, he analyzed more than 100 series A & B companies in new age sectors; including agri-tech, food-tech, Ed-tech, consumer-tech & more.
Prior to this, Mihir worked as an investment banking associate at PWC Mumbai office, where he advised companies on M&A and fundraising transactions. He also played a key role in managing the bankruptcy proceedings of the largest education company in India, EDUCOMP.
Mihir holds a bachelor’s degree in Management studies, with a specialization in finance & investments from the University of Mumbai, as well as a Masters in Finance from IE Business School & an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
